Until December 12, 2024, Lithuania is France's guest, showcasing its culture through over 200 events.
In the Beaulieu Hall of the Matra Museum, the ARTEC Association (collective of established artists), under the auspices of Françoise Icart, is organizing an exhibition of about forty works, mostly paintings, and a few sculptures.
The work of Natalia Grigorieva, this internationally renowned artist and designer of more than 200 books, who is the driving force behind this exhibition, ranks alongside that of her Lithuanian colleagues and several French artists. A wide range of styles: modern, abstract, figurative, impressionist...
Natalia has exhibited all over the world, speaks 6 languages, has won awards in Spain and Italy, studied in France and Italy, had galleries in Moscow and Gdansk, interned in the USA and now mostly lives in Lithuania, where she loves to paint the Baltic Sea with impressive realism (impressionist!) and something else hidden and mesmerizing inside each of her paintings ... “Works of mystical, penetrating realism”, says Françoise Icart, founder of ARTEC.
